Go Mart Agua verde

Stole my credit card numbers and double charged me. I stopped here to buy milk and drinks for my kids just before midnight September 4, 2023. A man in his 30’s rang up my items. He ran my credit card for 227 pesos ($13.32 US) and said the machine didn’t work. He stepped over to the other register and tried to run the card again (I think this is when he copied the card). He came back to the first register and ran my card thru the first machine again, this time it printed a receipt. I signed and left. Three days later several online purchases were charged to my card. As I checked my statement, he also charged the $13.32 twice. I’m sure this is where my card numbers were stolen because this is the only time I used the card all week and the only purchase I made after arriving in Mexico. I used cash the rest of the week. My credit card statement showed no other transactions. Shame on your dishonest employee.

I understand mistakes happen but to be overcharged 400 pesos and be sold a bottle of corked wine is a bit ridiculous. Only realised when we got home (25 minutes away) that this had happened.

Has good bakery and vino selection too

For a gas station , they have good service and friendly staff . There is a go-mart next door to get drinks and snacks.

Bad “empanadas Argentinas” please avoid them.
